Alex and his crew worked their magic and really came through for us. I have a friend recovering from a some health concerns and was not going to be able to return home in the condition it was in. They worked with our budget, and were prompt, friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. BIG THANKS to Alex!Posted on Google![]()

Junk Father was one of three places I contacted. They were by far the best priced and easiest to work with. They ask what items were being moved and gave me a quote based on that. Other companies wanted pictures and more details. Alex was great communication and very very fast and moving the things out. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone who needs furniture or items removed.Posted on Google![]()

Choose the removal service for your business
Your team has a business to run. Recruiting them to wrestle with old fixtures doesn’t need to be part of the plan. Choose a service below, from one retired appliance to a larger property turnover.
Commercial junk removal
Retail fixtures, kiosks, retired equipment, crates and scrap metal. We plan any needed dismantling and floor protection with the pickup, then handle the lifting and haul-away.
Rental property cleanouts
Leftover furniture and unwanted contents after a move, a rental turnover or a cabin refresh. Tenants, landlords and property managers can arrange the authorized removal around the next step.
Commercial appliance removal
Oversized coolers, refrigerators, freezers and ice makers that need to leave. Our appliance page shows real pickups for businesses, with the removal work and preparation explained.
Hotel & bulk mattress removal
Replacing a few beds or clearing an entire hotel floor? Our mattress page includes a project with more than 100 mattresses removed. Tell us the quantity and timing you have in mind.
Furniture removal for businesses
Unwanted seating, desks, tables and other furniture from your business space. Show us what leaves and what stays; your staff can keep their day jobs instead of taking on the hauling.
Dumpster overflow cleanup
Excess trash cleared when a dumpster is overfilled or the regular hauler cannot collect it. See how we helped a local restaurant make room before its next workday, and tell us the timing your business needs.
Pallet removal
Clear a one-time pallet pile or arrange repeat pickups after deliveries. Call when the stack needs to go; we confirm a pickup around your needs rather than a fixed weekly collection day.
Construction debris removal
Lumber, removed flooring and other non-hazardous remodeling waste collected and hauled away. Have a mixed pile? Show us everything so the quote covers the removal you need.
Need a structure dismantled before haul-away? Explore light demolition. For household pickups, see general junk removal. You can also browse all services or ask us about your business pickup.
Office furniture removal in Knoxville
The old desk doesn’t need its own department. We remove unwanted desks, office chairs, tables, bookcases, and storage furniture from Knoxville-area business spaces, whether you’re replacing a few pieces or clearing out an office.
Send photos of the furniture and tell us the quantity, your city or ZIP code, and any move-out or delivery deadline. We’ll discuss dismantling, stairs or elevator access, building requirements, and the available pickup window before confirming the scope and price. After-hours work is available by arrangement.
Empty drawers and set aside documents, computers, and anything your team is keeping. Furniture haul-away is not a document-shredding or data-destruction service. One desk or a larger collection, your staff can keep their day jobs while our crew handles the agreed lifting, loading, and hauling.
For property managers and off-site customers
You don’t have to be on site for every arranged pickup. We need permission to enter, a clear list of what goes and what stays, and a contact who can approve the work and price. Share access instructions privately, and tell us how you need completion confirmed while we arrange the job.
For a real example of off-site coordination, see the apartment-garage pickup we completed for an Oak Ridge customer who had already moved out of state. For business scheduling, the West Town Mall project below shows how we worked within an agreed overnight window.

WEST TOWN MALL / AFTER-HOURS KIOSK REMOVAL
The mall closed. We clocked in.
Our client needed a kiosk removed quickly at West Town Mall in Knoxville. There was one important catch: the work had to fit between closing time and the next day’s shoppers.
We started at 9 p.m. and worked into the early morning, carefully disassembling the kiosk and handling the removal. Floor protection and careful handling were part of the job from the start. We worked within the mall’s guidelines and the limited overnight window, leaving the area ready for patrons to return.
This wasn’t a job for showing up whenever and figuring it out later. It took coordination, care, and a crew willing to work the late shift. We took care of business before business started again.

THE SETTING — The mall concourse, where protecting the floor and respecting the reopening schedule mattered.
MCGHEE TYSON AIRPORT / RETIRED EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
Retired equipment. Nearly 30,000 pounds of it.
Some commercial pickups come with a more memorable view than others. At McGhee Tyson Airport, our crew worked close to the runway while assisting a substation responsible for runway lighting and other airport systems.
The removal included decommissioned lights, crates, scrap metal, wood, concrete, and large retired steel towers. Those towers needed careful cutting before the pieces could be loaded and hauled away. Across the project, we removed nearly 30,000 pounds of material.
Watching aircraft nearby gave us a front-row view we won’t forget. But the work was the reason we were there: handle the retired equipment, deal with the heavy material, and get the job taken care of.
Not your everyday pile of office boxes. Still our kind of work.

COMMERCIAL COOLER REMOVAL
One cooler. A serious amount of heavy lifting.
A liquor-store customer needed a commercial cooler hauled away. It was about three sections wide and weighed nearly 1,000 pounds. This wasn’t something to slide into the back of a pickup and call it a day.
Our crew handled the heavy work and got it removed for the customer. A substantial piece of equipment, a clear job to do, and one less thing for the business to deal with.
You don’t need an airport-sized project to call the family. Single equipment pickups are part of the business, too.

How commercial junk removal works with your schedule
After closing, before a handover, or within a specific working window: tell us what your business needs. We coordinate the removal around the agreed schedule and site requirements. Your opening hours don’t have to be the only hours we can work.
For realtors and sellers arranging a property pickup before listing photos, showings, or closing, see our realtor and pre-listing cleanouts. The guide covers disposal authorization, access, price approval, and off-site coordination.
01 / Give us the job and the timing.
Send photos of what needs removing, your city or ZIP code, and the date or deadline you’re working toward. Tell us who will coordinate the job and what needs to stay.
02 / Agree on the plan and price.
We talk through the removal, any dismantling or protective setup, and scheduling. Photos get us started; a larger project may need an on-site look before we confirm the quote.
03 / Let the crew take care of business.
Once the job and preparations are agreed, we handle the dismantling, lifting, loading, and hauling in your quote. Your unwanted items leave with us. Your staff can get on with their own work.
How much does commercial junk removal cost?
A clear price. That's good business.
A stack of office chairs is a different job from dismantling a kiosk overnight or hauling heavy steel. Your quote reflects the amount and type of material, weight, dismantling, protective setup, crew time, and disposal involved. We also discuss any special scheduling needs.
Upfront pricing. No hidden fees. We explain what’s included and agree on the price before work begins. If you add work or the job changes, we discuss it with you and get your approval before adding to the bill.
You don’t need to calculate truckloads or labor hours before calling. Show us the job, and we’ll put the quote together.

Yes. Give us the main contact, the approved removal list, and any site rules or required arrangements. We coordinate the work and timing with the person responsible for the job so everyone knows the plan.
No. The JunkFather does not perform electrical work. Connected electrical services must be safely disconnected by the appropriate qualified professional before removal. Our airport project involved retired equipment, not work on operating runway systems.
Call or text with the job details and your deadline. We’ll check availability and discuss the working time needed for your project. Requesting a quote starts the conversation; the appointment is confirmed with you before the job is booked.
