Alex and his crew worked their magic and really came through for us. I have a friend recovering from a some health concerns and was not going to be able to return home in the condition it was in. They worked with our budget, and were prompt, friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. BIG THANKS to Alex!Posted on Google![]()

Junk Father was one of three places I contacted. They were by far the best priced and easiest to work with. They ask what items were being moved and gave me a quote based on that. Other companies wanted pictures and more details. Alex was great communication and very very fast and moving the things out. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone who needs furniture or items removed.Posted on Google![]()

Shed removal without calling in favors.
You could borrow some tools, find a trailer, and round up three friends who suddenly have very important plans.
Or you could call The JunkFather.
Our crew handles the dismantling, lifting, loading, and haul-away. You get the whole job handled without finding tools, borrowing a trailer, or making dump runs.
You don’t need to start taking it apart before asking for help. Show us the shed you want gone. We’ll take it from there.
Still have unwanted stuff inside? Tell us about that, too. We can include contents removal in your quote, so you’re not left with a shed-sized pile of belongings after the shed is gone.
One conversation. A clear plan. One less project hanging over your weekend.
We gave this shed its walking papers.
Some sheds earn their keep. This one was ready to make room for something else.
Our crew handled the dismantling and haul-away on this backyard project. The concrete pad stayed put. The shed did not.
Take a look at the difference below. That space is no longer spoken for by an old building—and that’s a much better starting point for whatever comes next.
Got a similar situation in your yard? We’d be happy to discuss a little reorganization.

How our shed removal service works
01 / Send us the details.
Text a few photos of the shed, along with your city or ZIP code. Tell us about anything inside you want removed and when you’d like the job done.
No elaborate presentation needed. A few clear pictures are a good place to start.
02 / Get an upfront quote.
We’ll explain the work and what’s included in the price. Photos help us get started; some projects need an in-person look before we confirm the quote.
You decide whether to go ahead. We don’t start demolition and leave the price for a dramatic reveal.
03 / Let the crew take care of business.
Once the plan is agreed and the shed is ready for removal, we handle the dismantling, loading, and hauling.
You get to cross “deal with that shed” off your list. It’s been on there long enough.
How much does shed demolition and removal cost?
An offer you can actually understand.
A small, empty shed is a different job from a larger building packed with belongings. The shed’s size, construction, dismantling work, and any contents you want removed help determine the price.
You don’t need to calculate the labor or figure out how many loads it will take. That’s what you’re calling us for.
The JunkFather provides upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We’ll explain what’s included and agree on the price before work begins. If additional work is needed, we discuss it with you and get your approval before adding to the cost.
Send us your photos, ask your questions, and take a look at the quote. Requesting one doesn’t commit you to the job.

Getting ready for the crew
You don’t have to do our job before we arrive. Just identify anything you’re keeping and tell us about connected utilities or unusual conditions. Leave the dismantling and hauling to our crew.
Do not enter an unstable shed or climb onto it to take photographs. Exterior pictures from a safe location are enough to start the conversation.
We’ll discuss any further preparation and required approvals before demolition.
Shed removal questions, answered
Do I need to empty the shed first?
Not necessarily. We can include unwanted contents in your quote. Tell us what you’re keeping and what can go—the shed doesn’t have to leave empty-handed.
Do I need to take the shed apart first?
No. Our crew handles the shed dismantling and haul-away. Send us photos of the structure and tell us what you want removed. You don’t need to start a demolition project before hiring us to finish it.
Which types of sheds can you remove?
Our service focuses on detached backyard storage sheds. Send photos and approximate dimensions so we can confirm the job is suitable. Oversized, attached, or severely deteriorated structures may need additional assessment.
Does the quote include dismantling and hauling?
Yes. Your shed-removal quote covers the dismantling, loading, and debris haul-away we discuss with you.
Show us any unwanted contents or extra items while we’re putting the quote together so they can be included in the price.
Does shed removal include the concrete slab or foundation?
No, not as part of a standard shed-removal quote. The concrete pad can remain, as shown in our project photographs.
Tell us your plans for the base when requesting a quote. Any additional site work needs to be assessed and agreed separately.
Do you disconnect the electrical supply?
No. The JunkFather does not perform electrical work. Connected service must be safely disconnected by the appropriate qualified professional before demolition.
Tell us about any utilities before scheduling. Once those preparations are handled, we can get on with the shed removal.
How long will removal take, and when can you start?
Timing depends on the shed’s size, condition, and the work involved. Call or text your location and photos, and we’ll discuss an expected timeframe and the next available appointment.
Have a particular date in mind? Include it so we know what you’re working toward.
Can you move my shed to another property?
Not as part of this service. We dismantle and remove unwanted sheds; we don’t relocate them intact or rebuild them elsewhere.
Let us know at the start if you want to keep the structure rather than have it removed for disposal.
Shed removal in Knoxville and nearby communities.
Our crew helps homeowners in Knoxville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Lenoir City, Kingston, Harriman, and nearby communities get unwanted sheds out of the way.
Not sure whether we cover your location? Send your city or ZIP code with your photos, and we’ll let you know.
And while we’re talking about your backyard, is there an old hot tub or a pile of unwanted items that needs attention, too? Ask about our hot tub removal, junk removal, and construction debris hauling. We can discuss the whole list while putting your quote together.
Better backyard plans start with one less shed.
Maybe you’ve got something new in mind. Maybe you’d just like to look outside without thinking, “I really need to deal with that.”
Either way, you’ve given that shed enough time on the agenda.
Send The JunkFather a few photos. We’ll talk through the removal, give you a clear price, and handle the heavy work when you’re ready.
Make the call. We'll handle the shed.
Requesting a quote does not commit you to a job.
