Alex and his crew worked their magic and really came through for us. I have a friend recovering from a some health concerns and was not going to be able to return home in the condition it was in. They worked with our budget, and were prompt, friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. BIG THANKS to Alex!

Junk Father was one of three places I contacted. They were by far the best priced and easiest to work with. They ask what items were being moved and gave me a quote based on that. Other companies wanted pictures and more details. Alex was great communication and very very fast and moving the things out. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone who needs furniture or items removed.

Construction debris belongs on our truck. Not your to-do list.

A renovation can turn into two projects: the one you planned, and the pile it leaves behind. Our crew handles that second part.

We pick up the construction and remodeling materials you want gone, load them, and haul them away. No recruiting friends to fill a rented truck. Show us the debris, tell us what’s staying, and we’ll put the removal into one clear quote.

Lumber & deck debris

Removed deck boards, loose lumber, trim, and wood left over from your project. You build what’s next; we’ll take care of what came out.

Flooring & remodel waste

Torn-out flooring and mixed renovation debris, including the heavy pieces. Our crew handles the lifting and includes the work in your upfront price.

One pile or a bigger pickup

Finishing a DIY job or clearing debris between remodeling stages? Tell us what needs to go and when. We’ll discuss the pickup that fits your project.

REAL JOB / DIY DECK DEBRIS

The dumpster couldn't make it. The family had another plan.

A homeowner tackling a DIY deck project had a pile of wood to clear, but the dumpster company couldn’t safely deliver a dumpster to the property.

That didn’t have to be the end of the plan. The JunkFather showed up with our truck, handled the loading, and hauled the wood debris away.

DIY doesn’t mean you have to do every last thing yourself. The homeowner kept the deck project. We took the pile.

REAL JOB / FLOORING & REMODEL DEBRIS

The flooring was heavy. We handled the uphill part.

This remodeling pickup involved torn-out flooring and other heavy debris. Getting it to the truck meant carrying it up a steep hill.

Our crew took care of the carrying, loading, and haul-away. The customer didn’t have to turn the cleanup into their next big undertaking.

The new flooring had a future. The old pile had a pickup. That’s the kind of unfinished business we like to settle.

How construction debris pickup works

01 / Show us the pile.

Call or text photos of the debris you want removed, your city or ZIP code, and your preferred date. No weighing every board or counting every bag. Just give us the rundown.

02 / Know the price.

We’ll review the materials and work involved, explain what’s included, and confirm your quote before starting. Photos get the conversation going; some jobs need a closer look in person.

03 / We take care of business.

Our crew loads the agreed debris and hauls it away. You can get back to the project, or finally enjoy being finished with it. The pile doesn’t get a vote.

How much does construction debris removal cost?

The project can have surprises. Your quote shouldn't.

The price depends on how much needs removing, the type and weight of the materials, the loading work, and disposal needs. A pile of wood offcuts is a different job from a load of heavy flooring. We’ll price the work, not ask you to guess the truckloads.

Upfront pricing. No hidden fees. We explain what’s included and agree on the price before work begins. Additional items or extra work are discussed and approved before they change your bill.

Send a few photos for an initial estimate. Requesting a quote doesn’t commit you to the job; it gives you one less unknown to deal with.

Getting ready for the crew

Point out what is being removed and which tools or materials you’re keeping. Leave the heavy lifting to us, and keep children and pets away from debris piles and the work area.

Tell us about paint, chemicals, sharp objects, or suspected hazardous materials before pickup so the right arrangements can be made. Don’t move heavy or unstable debris just to take a photo.

Construction debris removal questions, answered

We remove deck boards, lumber, removed flooring, trim, and similar construction and remodeling debris. Send photos of the pile and tell us what the materials are so we can include the removal and disposal in your quote.

We do both. Our crew handles the lifting, loading, and haul-away included in your quote. You don’t need to load a truck before calling us. That’s our part of the deal.

Yes. Heavy remodeling debris is part of our service, including the flooring pickup featured above. The material, weight, and work involved affect the price. We include that handling in the quote before starting.

Yes. This is a crew-and-truck pickup: we load and haul the debris rather than leave a container for you to fill. It’s an option when you want the labor handled or a dumpster isn’t the right fit for your project.

Yes. We work with homeowners and contractors on smaller debris pickups and larger project clear-outs. Tell us what needs removing and when you’d like it done, and we’ll discuss the quote and scheduling.

This service focuses on picking up and hauling construction debris. Demolition and detailed post-construction cleaning are not included in a debris-only quote. Need a shed removed or a playset dismantled? Tell us so the additional work can be discussed and priced.

Tell us about them before booking. Paint, chemicals, and suspected hazardous materials need separate consideration, not a place hidden in the debris pile. We’ll explain the appropriate arrangements before work begins.

Call or text your location, photos of the debris, and your preferred date. We’ll check availability and discuss a pickup time. Have another stage of the project coming up? Include that timing so we know what you’re working toward.

Construction debris hauling in Knoxville and nearby communities

We serve Knoxville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Maryville, and nearby East Tennessee communities. Include your city or ZIP code when you get in touch so we can confirm pickup at your location.

Clearing more than remodel debris? Explore our Knoxville junk removal services and garage cleanouts, or tell us the whole list when you request your quote.

Give the leftovers their marching orders.

You’ve put enough work into the project. You don’t have to put another weekend into getting rid of the leftovers.

Send The JunkFather a few photos of what needs removing, your location, and your preferred timing. We’ll explain the quote and handle the loading and hauling when you’re ready.

One call to the family. One less pile on your mind.

Call or text 865-855-5865. Requesting a quote does not book a job.
