Alex and his crew worked their magic and really came through for us. I have a friend recovering from a some health concerns and was not going to be able to return home in the condition it was in. They worked with our budget, and were prompt, friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. BIG THANKS to Alex!

Junk Father was one of three places I contacted. They were by far the best priced and easiest to work with. They ask what items were being moved and gave me a quote based on that. Other companies wanted pictures and more details. Alex was great communication and very very fast and moving the things out. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone who needs furniture or items removed.

Cardboard box pickup without the weekend project

A few boxes fit the bin. A move, new furniture, and a steady stream of deliveries can outgrow it in a hurry. We take care of the pile instead of leaving you to ration it out over the next several collection days.

We pick up moving boxes, delivery cartons, flattened cardboard, and bulky boxes that never made it that far. The cardboard can stay in the garage, on the porch, or in another agreed pickup area. You don’t have to move it to the curb first.

Got packing paper, foam, plastic wrap, or other moving leftovers mixed in? Include them in the photos so we can confirm the materials and price the whole pickup together. Business delivery boxes are welcome, too; our commercial junk removal service covers larger workplace pickups.

A real curbside cardboard removal

New house. Holiday deliveries. A pile with staying power.

These customers had just moved into their home, and the cardboard had already claimed a spot outside at the curb. Christmas shopping was getting underway, which wasn’t exactly helping the pile get smaller.

Then came pickup day: rain, cold, and boxes that had soaked up far more water than anybody needed. What started as lightweight packaging was now a heavy, soggy job.

We showed up, loaded the wet cardboard, and hauled the pile away. The weather made the work less pleasant. It didn’t change what the customers had called us to do.

They had a new home to settle into. We handled the soggy unfinished business.

After loading. The pickup area is clear, with the cardboard and packing debris loaded onto the truck.

Another move-in, another pile of boxes

The other move-in pickup shown at the top of this page had a similar ending: the household was getting settled, but the cardboard and packing leftovers were still taking up space on the deck.

We picked up the unwanted boxes and moving debris so the customers could put the space to better use. The house was getting settled. The deck didn’t need to stay on moving duty.

How our cardboard removal service works

01 / Show us what needs to go

Text photos of the full pile and any other items you want removed. Include your city or ZIP code and preferred timing.

02 / Approve the pickup price

We’ll discuss the amount, condition, and collection area, then explain what’s included. Photos get us started; we’ll tell you when an on-site look is needed to confirm the total.

03 / Leave the loading to us

Our crew loads the agreed cardboard and debris and hauls it away. You get the space back without adding a disposal trip to your list.

How much does cardboard removal cost?

Upfront pricing. No hidden fees.

The main factors are how much cardboard there is, the loading work, its condition, and any other material included in the pickup. A small stack of flattened boxes is a different job from a curbside pile of oversized cartons and packing foam.

Let us know when cardboard is soaked. Wet boxes can be heavier and harder to handle, as the project above shows. Stairs, sorting, or extra junk can also affect the work involved.

Send photos for an initial estimate. You’ll approve the confirmed price and included work before we start, and any additional paid work needs your approval.

The offer comes first. The hauling comes next.

Getting ready for your cardboard pickup

You don’t need to flatten every box or carry everything outside. Tell us where the cardboard is, and we’ll agree on the pickup details. Separate anything you’re keeping, especially belongings still tucked inside moving boxes.

Keep children and pets clear during loading. Don’t put yourself in traffic or lift heavy, soaked boxes just to prepare for us. For curbside or unattended pickup, arrange the details with us in advance.

Point out anything mixed in that isn’t ordinary cardboard or packing material. We confirm what can be taken before work begins.

Cardboard removal questions, answered

Do I have to flatten the cardboard boxes first?

No. We can pick up flattened cardboard or boxes that are still assembled. Send photos of the full pile so we can account for the amount and loading work. We can handle the box-breaking part, too.

Yes. The curbside project on this page involved soaked, heavy cardboard in cold, rainy conditions. Mention wet boxes when requesting a quote so their condition is included in the plan.

Include those materials in your photos. We can discuss a combined pickup and confirm exactly what is included, rather than quote cardboard alone and discover a second pile on arrival.

No. Tell us whether the cardboard is inside, in the garage, on the porch, or elsewhere on the property. We arrange the collection area with you. Curbside pickup is an option to discuss, not a requirement to carry heavy boxes outside.

That needs to be arranged with us beforehand. We’ll confirm the items, access, price, and pickup details before agreeing to an unattended collection.

Yes. Household cardboard pickups are welcome, and we can discuss boxes and packaging from business deliveries. For workplace jobs, see our commercial junk removal service. Show us the actual amount so we can quote your pickup.

Call or text photos, your city or ZIP code, and your preferred date. We’ll check availability and confirm a workable appointment. Have a move-in deadline or guests arriving? Tell us when you get in touch.
