Getting ready for the crew
Have the property owner or an authorized manager confirm what can be removed. Tell us about chemicals, liquids, sharps, suspected hazardous material or unsafe conditions before scheduling; those are not part of an ordinary overflow load.

Will you take the dumpster away or empty the whole thing?
The dumpster stays. Overflow cleanup removes the material included in your quote; it does not automatically mean a completely empty container. Tell us how much space you need freed up and whether there’s trash beside it too. We’ll agree on the work before loading begins.
Is this service only for restaurants?
