Alex and his crew worked their magic and really came through for us. I have a friend recovering from a some health concerns and was not going to be able to return home in the condition it was in. They worked with our budget, and were prompt, friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. BIG THANKS to Alex!Posted on Google![]()

Junk Father was one of three places I contacted. They were by far the best priced and easiest to work with. They ask what items were being moved and gave me a quote based on that. Other companies wanted pictures and more details. Alex was great communication and very very fast and moving the things out. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone who needs furniture or items removed.Posted on Google![]()

Yard debris we haul away
You don’t need a whole-property cleanout to call us. A single brush pile, a stack of cut wood, or the gathered leftovers from your yard work can be the entire job.
Brush & cut branches
Loose brush, cut limbs, and branch piles ready for pickup. We handle the loading and haul-away, so your cleanup doesn’t finish with a second project: getting everything to the dump.
Cut wood & log piles
Already-cut wood and unwanted log piles. Show us the size of the pieces so we can plan the lifting and price the job. A woodpile doesn’t become easier to move just because you’ve looked at it for another month.
Gathered yard waste
Bagged leaves, gathered clippings, and garden-cleanup piles. Tell us what’s loose and what’s already bagged, and we’ll quote the collection and hauling you need. Leave the truck-loading to the family.
Brush removal: the pile had made itself comfortable
A tangle of branches and brush was taking up space beside this backyard’s chain-link fence. We handled the loading and haul-away, removing the large pile while the fence and surrounding yard stayed in place.
The before-and-after photos show the difference. The fence kept its job. The brush pile lost its spot.

Cut-wood pickup: that stack wasn't moving itself
The wood was already cut, but the hauling was still a job waiting to happen. These photos show the pile beside a parked trailer and the same area after removal.
We took care of the lifting, loading, and haul-away. A place to stack it isn’t a plan to get rid of it. That’s where the family comes in.

How yard debris pickup works
1. Show us the pile. Send photos of the debris, your city or ZIP code, and your preferred timing. Mention any other items you want gone.
2. Agree on the work and price. We confirm what’s included and explain the quote before starting. You call the shots on what goes.
3. Leave the loading to us. Our crew collects the agreed debris, loads it, and hauls it away. Your cleanup gets an ending instead of another weekend.
Yard debris removal pricing
Upfront pricing. No hidden fees. The amount of debris, material, weight, and loading work affect the price. Loose brush and a pile of heavy logs are different pickups; we’ll price the one you actually have.
Photos help us start an estimate. We may need more details or an on-site look before confirming the total. You approve the price before work begins, and any additional paid work needs your approval first.
The quote shouldn’t be another thing to untangle.
Getting ready for the crew
Point out what is approved for removal and anything you’re keeping. Tell us whether the material is loose or bagged; you don’t need to carry heavy logs to the curb to request a quote. Keep chemicals, fuel, and other hazardous materials separate and identify them before booking.
This service covers debris pickup and hauling, not standing-tree removal, stump grinding, or ongoing lawn care. Stay clear of downed wires and unstable hanging branches. The JunkFather does not perform electrical work. Unsafe conditions must be addressed before pickup.
Questions about yard debris removal
What types of yard debris can you remove?
We collect brush, cut branches, already-cut wood, and gathered yard waste such as bagged leaves and clippings. Send photos of the pile and identify any unusually large or heavy pieces so we can include the right handling in your quote.
Do I need to bag everything or move it to the curb?
No. Brush and wood piles don’t have to be bagged or carried to the curb before you contact us. Tell us what’s loose, gathered, or already bagged, and we’ll confirm the collection work included in the quote. You don’t need to do the heavy part before the crew arrives.
Will you collect just one small pile?
Yes. You can book a quote for a single pile as well as a larger yard-debris pickup. Show us what needs to go. Your yard doesn’t have to become a storage lot to qualify.
Can you pick up branches after a storm?
Contact us about fallen debris that is ready for safe collection. Tell us what’s on the ground, your location, and your deadline so we can confirm the work and availability. Stay away from power lines, unstable trees, and hanging branches; those hazards need the appropriate specialist before debris pickup.
Does this include cutting down trees or grinding stumps?
No. This page covers yard-debris pickup and haul-away, not tree felling, climbing, stump grinding, or landscaping. The wood-pile project shown above involved collecting wood that was already cut.
Can other junk or project debris go in the same pickup?
Yes, we can quote suitable additional items with your yard debris. Identify soil, rocks, concrete, old fence boards, and other building materials separately so we can confirm acceptance and handling. Our construction debris removal and general junk removal pages explain those broader pickups.
How much will my yard debris pickup cost?
The amount, type, weight, and loading work determine the quote. Send photos with your city or ZIP code to get started. We distinguish an initial estimate from a confirmed price, explain what’s included, and get your approval before work. Upfront pricing, with no hidden fees.
Your yard has better things to host.
Send photos of the debris, your city or ZIP code, and your preferred timing. We serve Knoxville and nearby East Tennessee communities. Check our service areas or ask about your location.
