When he called The JunkFather, the request wasn’t to make everything disappear. He wanted to keep his belongings, get them organized on the new shelves, and have the unwanted stuff taken away. Fair enough. A cleanout isn’t a vote to get rid of everything you own.

Is this also a cleaning or water-damage service?
This is a contents-removal and hauling service, not professional deep cleaning, water extraction, mold remediation, or repair. Tell us about standing water, sewage, mold, or unsafe conditions before scheduling so we can confirm whether removal is suitable or specialist work is needed first.
What about old paint, chemicals, or unusual materials?
Identify those items separately when requesting your quote. Acceptance and disposal requirements depend on the material; don’t assume every container belongs in an ordinary junk load. We’ll confirm what we can take and what needs a different disposal option.
What if the basement has a substantial amount of clutter?
