This large estate pickup brought together all kinds of household items: wooden chairs, tables, lamps, boxed belongings and other pieces gathered outdoors beside The JunkFather truck.
Our crew loaded the estate items and cleared the pile from the driveway. The second photo shows the finished pickup: everything we’d been called to collect is on the truck, and the driveway space is clear again.

Getting ready for the crew
Set aside anything you want to keep, especially photographs, paperwork, jewelry, family keepsakes and valuables. Clearly identify which rooms, piles or items are approved for removal. If several people are involved, agree on the decisions and choose one main contact who can authorize the work.
Point out fragile items or belongings that must stay, and keep children and pets away from the work area. Leave heavy furniture where it is; our crew handles the lifting.
Please point out paint, fuel, chemicals, sharps or anything else that may require special disposal before we quote the job. We’ll explain what we can handle and what needs separate arrangements.

Yes. Our crew carries unwanted furniture and household items out as part of the cleanout. Tell us what needs to go, and we’ll include the lifting and hauling in your quote. You don’t need to move everything downstairs first.
Our standard estate cleanout service is removal and haul-away, not deep house cleaning, estate appraisal or donation coordination. If you’re keeping items for relatives or donation, set them aside and tell us not to load them.
We need clear permission from someone authorized to arrange the cleanout. If several relatives or representatives are involved, please settle which belongings can go and identify one main contact before the work starts. We handle the hauling, not decisions about ownership.
Some materials need different handling and disposal. Please tell us about paint, fuel, chemicals, sharps, unidentified containers or other hazardous items before we quote the work. Don’t mix these into ordinary household loads. We’ll confirm what our service can accept.
